Internet dropping out

Hi, for the last couple of days the internet has been constantly dropping out. On the router the internet LED indicator goes from green to amber and back to green again. We've tried the usually power cycles to reset but this isn't fixing the problem. Running a test when it's healthy shows it's fine, but clearly it isn't as it keeps dropping out. Can you please help?

And which Sky hub?
