      <description>&lt;P&gt;No connection to any device. I have run all the diagnostic checks and keep getting the ''up and running again'' message, without any change to the connection. All lights are on, so that is not the problem. Spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to an agent only to be told it is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
