I'm having issues with WiFi signal speeds. I have moved into a flat which has full fibre right to the router inside the flat. Brand new router provided with the instal. I've had issues on and off with TV programs/films freezing for a second or 2 running on Disney+ or Netflix etc (on 2 different TVs) and am also having problems with Teams calls glitching/holding even when just on audio from poor internet. I thought this may have been a seperate issue with my work laptop as last week the speed checks from the laptop and phone were way out but have done speed checks on the signal strength from my phone this morning and I'm getting between 35 - 96 download speeds when I would usually get 218 - 300 (which still feels like a poor variance).

Do I have an issue here or is this just the standard of service we have to put up with?

Heath check on Sky shows no isues in my area etc etc

Thanks
