topic Constant WiFi drop outs. in Broadband

Hi. I’m pulling my hair out (not much left) due to our WiFi dropping out every 10 minutes!! It was dropping once in a while but now it takes hours to watch anything due to the constant drop outs. We pay a lot of money for the full package and I’m dreading trying to watch the final Grand Prix. We’re stuck with Sky due to being one of only 2 services on our lane. Seriously considering going over to BT. Been a sky customer for decades but now I’m wondering if brand loyalty is giving me grief. Come on Sky, not good enough.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. First time on the community so thought Sky might see the post. We have Sky Glass with around 55mgps. Full package at £130 plus £34 for the broadband 😕
