      <title>No broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband Has been down for 8 days now. All that has been posted is "in progress" on my MySky app. I have sent several reply emails to the Sky customer care without a reply. Feel I am just hitting my head against a brick wall. Travelling currently so phoning isn't possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
