    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4555504"&gt;@KateM30&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;How do you know that it is not working? Take it closer to the sky Hub, plug it in and let it power up, if it goes to 3 green lights then it's a distance issue, if it stay's as it is then possibly it's just not working correct!       <title>Amber light on booster</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My booster has an amber light and won't connect. Viewing similar issues on this forum suggest this is due to the booster situated too far from the hub. But, it's worked up until now and nothing has moved. Plus, it was installed this way by the engineer and tested.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
