I signed up to upgrade my broadband to high fibre in June. The job was given to Openreach. They have cancelled the appointment 5 times. Can you explain why?

join the club bt customers first then bt customers secound everyone else last place maybe.... soon as contract ends i am gone to another companey

There's a department within Ofcom which would be very upset if that were the case.

Generally speaking, evidence suggests Openreach treats all its ISP clients equally badly....

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker may provide a clue.
