      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help. There's been an Internet outage here for 12 days as a car destroyed the green box .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally this afternoon BT Openreach fixed it and&amp;nbsp; we had Internet.&amp;nbsp; Lasted&amp;nbsp; less than an hour and now no Internet again. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what's happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally we have Internet.&amp;nbsp; Sky box working but mini box won't work even though&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's been reset and rebooted and all connections cut and plugged in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really stumped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
