      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4539260"&gt;@Ger28&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if other devices are connecting via the Sky hub you do not have an issue with your broadband as such. Several reasons why a TV might not connect but one annoying cause is the TV does not like the default WiiFi security setting the white Sky hubs use. Simply solved by going into the My Sky app and finding the hub's advanced settings and changing the security setting to WPA2 from WPA3-T. Samsung TVs seem particularly prone to this iisue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same issue for days here in Belfast Ger. Sky's service checker said there was a problem in the area and then said there wasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you get your own sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
