If they stay connected the issue coouldcsimply be your phone is. In an area of your home with poor WiFi - phones can switch to using mobile data automatiically if you dont want this to happen there is axsetting called something like WiFi assist which if you disable stops thst happening. You msy want to consider improving the WiFi in your home perhapa by buying Sky's WiFi Max paxkage that can supply up to 3 extenders in these are required.&lt;/P&gt;
