had sky Eng out yesterday installed the ONT but the was an issue have one green light and

red light the eng reported back and then got text to say that openreach eng was coming yesterday when I called in was told the Eng had been out and said there was issue nobody came to the door checked my ring doorbell no visit also was in my kitchen were I can see the pole there was nobody there at 10.45 trying to find a proper update

@Joe52 They do not specifically need to come to you or the pole, and good few places that they can check before those points. Trouble is now OR will know what the fault is, what it takes to deal with that, and may just get on doing so and the ISP/End Customer are the least off there problems just now!

Definitely coming from the pole as Eng came out and ran the cable from the pole

before yesterday install

@Joe52 Can you see what the message said, the fault does not need to be at your home, at the pole, also it can be somewhere else, OR know how the Fibre distribution is carried out how it get's from the exchange to your home!
