Ive been trying to move home with Sky for two weeks, starting by using the online form, which led to a blank error page whenever I tried.

Eventually I got an email saying another provider had let them know I was switching and my broadband was being cancelled and the date shown there is 11 days after I had been putting my move date for, but I have never talked with another provider, and assumed this was because I would be switching packages as my current plan is not available where I am moving. I eventually got through to customer service who said they would submit a form to undo the cancellation and they would then do the home move with me and they would call me back in 2 days. Later that same day there is a message saying that the cancellation was undone, however only a few hours later another of the cancellation messages came through.

Now the moving home form isnt there when I click the Moving Home option in the profile dropdown, but there is a "chat with us" thing that is saying "unavailable" and I also have a pending order for the return packaging of my hub, showing it will be sent to the address that I am moving from.
