      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have lost all internet connection! Which then means the tv ( sky glass ) doesn't work steaming upstairs doesn't work! We have tried resetting the hub, tried turning off at mains, nothing has worked!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There’s no pre-warning of this.
