    <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded from FF150 to FF300 &amp;amp; installed PUK device (which relies on WIFI) . &amp;nbsp;Internet keeps dropping off. New router sent which is exact same model as existing one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I note from posts here, that many are experiencing their loss of internet too. I think this is a sky problem and not my router. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1189612"&gt;@Lou16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Two routers from sky, you have the same problem so would appear not to be a router or maybe same router issue, call sky and complain to them it is not working would be your next step! Does the PUCK not have an Ethernet Interface on it, dont have one but remember someone saying that it has and can be connected, if so wireless can be changed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
