I currently own a sky q hub and have been sent a new router as it will need to be replaced due to it being discontinued. To replace the q hub, a sky max hub has been sent, although I did not request this. After reading online, it seems that the some other sky q equipment does not work well with the sky max hub. Would it be possible to be sent a sky broadband hub instead?
