      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can somebody help please contacted customer services 4 times and still not given a straight answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tv engineer visited yesterday 1st dec, while he was there i swapped to stream. He set up broadband hub and puk being delivered today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then had a txt saying open reach is visiting on the 8th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contradicting it is being done remotely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you to anybody if you can help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4546512"&gt;@Ali00&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What is it you are having sky do, if you are Getting full fibre and you do not have that currently then yes it still requires to be installed, the TV Engineer is there to setup the TV side and if he was kind enough to connect and use a sky Hub for you, but you may also be getting further work done. The forum has no clue what you have ordered!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
