      <title>Broadband Outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Broadband went down last night at approx 22:30&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no internet light on the Sky Hub but does have the power and WiFi green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone thru the tests via the sky website but there does not appear to be way to report it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debra&lt;/P&gt;</description>
