Our broadband has started dropping for a few seconds at a time over the last few days. Internet light on the router goes out, then amber flashing then back on. Sometimes immediately drops again. Two of us are working from home and getting disconnected, even briefly, is incredibly annoying. Nothing has changed in the house. Any idea why this might have started happening? The Sky app just keeps saying there are no issues but clearly something is going wrong somewhere.

Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app?

We are on the 3rd router in 6 months, the first 2 worked great but just stopped working. The 3rd has been useless, we have to forget it and sign back in several times a day on each device, tv, tablet or phones. Only 2 of us at home.

The bot said there is a problem, running the tests myself everything is supposedly OK. But it isn't.

Can't get through to anybody, keep getting cut off.

I've clicked Check my connection and it just keeps telling me everything is fine, and that it was last checked at 06.46.

I'm having same issue starting Saturday, just intermittently and line check says all ok so I'm assuming it's a Sky issue externally.
