For nearly a week now, our sky broadband has continuously been dropping. When I phoned sky they offered me a new router but I had to pay £5 to send my one back. I have never had this issue with another supplier. Why should i pay £5 to send back your faulty equipment. Why should I have to take time out of my day and be inconvenienced further. I know others in the area who have the same issue. I haven't been with Sky very long. I am not happy with this service.
