@Mel-123 New doorbell, has it ever been connected before to the sky Hub, what sky hub are you using? Depending on which hub you have you may have to make some slight adjustments to it first!

It's all done thank you had to put new password in on sky hub .

@Mel-123 Was there a particular reason that the password had to be changed for Ring doorbell would work, character limit etc had mine on the network for well over four years now and sure don't use any of the Hubs passwords, first thing that is changed always!
