Is the Q wireless or wired to the sky Hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's wireless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a wired connection now but no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've managed to connect now by unplugging my Q box for 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4241307"&gt;@Steven119&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Kind off pointing towards the Q then having tried both the wireless/wired methods, the old sky Q and the Black Sky Broadband Hub or the even older sky Q hub just worked away happily with each other. So looking like you may have to call sky for the replacement Q box!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
