    <description>Hello, my Internet connect drops about 5-8 times a day and the WIFI is very slow. When this happens the sky glass goes off and everything else takes ages to reconnect. I have checked the broadband on the MySky app and it says there's no issues but there obviously is. This has been happening for a number of days. The middle light on the router changes from green to amber too.</description>
