WiFi unstable

WiFi keeps dropping out, ping fluctuates from 33-600 very quickly, and very fluctuating speeds (8-16 mbps). I tried the service checker on the app and it says it's fine even though I've used other checkers, and the sky helpline also agreed there were issues, but said to use the service checker then hung up. We can't use it for work, gaming, or appointments and it's essentially unusable with how unreliable it is. There's no way to contact anyone easily, which is especially affecting us as we're both disabled. I was told to switch hubs to guarantee better speeds and connection in all rooms, and this is actually worse than before.

@ChronicGoblinQ So you are aware you DO have a landline, not having one plugged in is just the difference, sky do not allow the publish for a number to call them on, it is in the Forum page but not easy to get to, the link below, open goto post 4, open that link up, click on the call us once you scroll down and the number will appear, 8am to 8pm is the opening times!

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Moving-Home/m-p/5080372
