Hi, hope someone can help as I keep calling & get the same answers & nobody giving a answer to the problem. We're meant to have a city fibre install, they were unable to as they need line of sight but as there was already an openreach cable to the house we asked for that to be our fibre. Not easy as city fibre had to be cancelled, when it was it was put through again, guess what City Fibre. Been passed to back offices to sort & also raised complaints but both have been closed without sorting . Chat is a waste of time . Keep being told to ring but guess what. No one can help. Any ideas or help would be appreciated as what to do....

@Trud72 Hard one, if sky has decided that CF CityFibre is the connection method to your property then that is the way it's going to be, even if you have OR currently there may or may not be Fibre present just no way off knowing unless you are allready Fibred up and your ONT is connected, you can check that from the link below, it will say IF/WHERE the possible is, just use the address checker side! If you do post anything back hide any personal details in the picture and all is needed especially below the table text wise!

BT Broadband
