Cannot detrmine fully from your posting history but does look like you are at least Full Fibre!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3830411"&gt;@Jal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check the indicator lights on the Sky hub and the ONT unit. If they are red or amber it indicates a line issue. Run the service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection which will tell you if Sky are already aware of an issue affecting your service if it doesnt call Sky to report the fault. Do not be too concerned if the app tells you everything is OK it takes a while before it picks up faults.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
