      <title>WiFi not connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have reset everything twice (unplugged everything and put it back together, and held the reset button down for 20 seconds - also on two occasions) and the internet came back on momentarily but it has since gone off again. There is no "internet" light on the router. This has been going on for around two hours now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue for the last few weeks. When I check on the app it says that everything is okay , when it is clearly not! Not clear how to get in touch with anyone to fix via online chat. Very unhappy with the customer service!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
