    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I recently upgraded from an old TiVo box to the Virgin 360 box. Before agreeing to the upgrade, I made it very clear to Virgin that I do not use Virgin broadband — I use Sky internet — and I asked if the 360 box would work with my own ISP. I was told this would be fine.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;However, during setup I’m completely stuck. The box gives me this message:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;“Wrong network — You’re connected to the wrong network. Reconnect to your Virgin Media WiFi network.”&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;It won’t let me get past this screen at all, and there’s no option to skip or continue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Has anyone had this issue before? Does the 360 box actually require Virgin broadband despite what I was told?
