      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet gone down again at 9.20pm and your system says current check says live when it is not and we've unplugged router and still saying we have great service. Clearly not a live test. Would like to log a fault and get our internet back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
