WiFi issues even with extender

We have a number of pucks connected to our main router.

Every evening the WiFi seems to drop out and the pucks stop working at various point even though we have a WiFi extender to reach the furthest parts of the house.

I've tested the connections and it says one puck in particular is faulty (this is the main one to have issues) and has a poor connection.

Please can you advise what can be done?

I've gone round and round in circles on the website trying to find an answer.

Do you mean a pod is faulty, if so you will need to contact Sky about this:
