You can't cancel via here.

Your contract doesn't end unless you give the 14 days notice to cancel your broadband so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

@Cristinaciubara you are not talking to Sky by posting on the forum. You need to call Sky and givec14cfdays notice as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
