Can someone please help me. Sky app says my speed is 600+ but some devices drops connection or spin (loading). When I run my speed test on my phone it says speed is only 30mbps. It's happening when connevted with Ethernet cable device and WiFi device.

@Mini87 More importantly, what does the history show you for the 30Day's that it stores against your line connection, Broadband and the > to expand and see that! The rest may be looked at later as wireless wifi speed testing can be oops, and your Ethernet test is just not detailed to what you are doing! Hub type also helps and stat's to boot once the hub is known!

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
