&lt;P&gt;If the checker states you are below your minimum thats likely to be a line fault as the Sky checker can track your line speeds over a period of time. If the checker does not offer any form of solution such as an engineer appt then I would recommend you call Sky to report the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As for your phone since you moved to fibre, have you tried plugging it into the back of your router in the phone port, instead of into the wall?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issue with broadband messages</title>

      <description>I keep getting issue with my broadband messages when I go into the Service Checker although when checks are done everything is coming back a green although it keeps saying the connection to my hub is poor and my speeds are falling below the guaranteed ones. I am also having problems with my sky talk as since I got fibre installed my land line doesn't work</description>
