      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4446178"&gt;@Graeme44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check the setting for Sky's Broadband Shield as tge lower ages will block VPN traffic. Easiest to do is via tge My Sky app product options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I tried the age related block but no parental controls are active. I also tried turning off IPv6 as suggested through a Google search. Neither options have mad a change!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Given NordVPN is quite popular and there dont appear to be other posts I doubt it is a system change but given the introduction of the online Safety Act on 25/7 it is possible something has changed but normally Sky tell us about changes caused by legislation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent ages trying to get my laptop to work with NordVPN as I couldn't get I to login. Eventually, I resolved it by signing into my sky account. Then went to broadband shield, then clicked on exceptions and input 'nordvpn.com'. I have had no trouble connecting since doing that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
