Hi, I have checked all the cables on my devices and switched off and on again, there are 4 solid green lights on my sky box, and a solid white light on my puck, however my tv tells me "❗️there seems to be a problem with your broadband"

I have also ran the tests from my mobile and they say everything is ok, please help. Thank you Alison

Not sure about your puck light, that would be a TV streaming unit off some kind?
