&lt;P&gt;Openreach aim to repair such faults within 2 working days of them being reported so what you were told is correct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might qualify for auto compensation credit as per this if it is not fixed in this timescale as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;
