Firewall custom ports on Sky Broadband Hub

Does anyone know how to forward custom ports on the Sky Broadband Hub?

The built-in list feels really restrictive. For example, the VPN IPSec option doesn’t include UDP 4500, and there’s no way to forward it separately. The same goes for UDP 88, which is needed for Kerberos.

I’m not sure why Sky designed the interface this way. Allowing people to pick their own port ranges would avoid these limitations entirely.

@SkySmallPotato it is sometime since I had a Sky Broadband Hub but as far as I know these instructions still work https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/How-to-set-up-port-forwarding/ba-p/2662260 which allow you to create a rule for any port or range you want.

That article describes exactly what I’d like, and it seems pretty standard. Unfortunately, it doesn’t match what I see on my UI (I’ve shared a screenshot).

The instructions explicitly say they apply up to “Hub 4,” which looks like SR203 (I’m not sure about the exact models), while I have a SR204.

Could they have simplified the UI at the cost of usability?

@Chrisee Do you happen to have an SR204 and the manual port creation that I can’t seem to find, or you have an older model?

The 203 and 204 are both the 'Sky Broadband Hub' from 2019 : the latter is the G.fast variant with a slightly different modem.

@SkySmallPotato the web interface is the same between the SR203 and the SR204. When. I last had one of these the fiellds were editable you could try resetting the hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes to see if it clears the presets.
