    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3335932"&gt;@KayJay61&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the sevice checker does not pick up on service issues for a few hours and does not count over night maintenance as a fault. It is often unclear which lines are affected by an area outage &amp;nbsp;but loss if service after midnight is frequently down to essential maintenance in which case the service is restored around now. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if your connection is still down when Sky''s lines open around 8.00am and the service checker still indicates Sky are &amp;nbsp;unaware call them to report the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Checked all setting. Internet is stable orange on router. Sky service checker says nothing wrong in CB22 area - there quite clearly is as other sources suggest there's definitely a problem since around 12.30am 26 th Nov 25&lt;/P&gt;</description>
