topic Internet flashing orange on router in Broadband

My Internet is down, I have rebooted the router and checked the connections but the Internet button just keeps flashing orange. I've done a service check on the app and it showed as fine but there is definitely an issue

@EmmaHollins86

The service checker can be a bit slow on picking up an issues in your area if thei is an area issue, otherwise this explains the lights on the hubs:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

So try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
