    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to get my sky boxed to connect to the internet. Message on the screen says no internet at the moment but the checker says we are fully connected . This is happening everyday, we have moved over to sky glass and never had so many issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I am getting exactly the same with sky q. Only way to fix is to reset the network settings on sky q box (I assume same for glass) and reconnect to our network again. Works for a day or two then the same message...</description>
