topic broadband dropping in Broadband

For approx 1 week, the broadband is dropping sometimes up to six or seven times a day. There seems to be no patern or reason and it is often noticeable because of watching TV. We have to wait a few minutes and it reconnects. Previously we had no problem and the modem etc. has not been touched or moved. We thought it was a temporary issue but this is now getting frustrating.

@broadbanddrop

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
