[Removed]

Left without broadband for over a week this time round as this frequently occurs of low to no service

two separate occasions have engineers not arrived for said work nor notified me about not being able to make the appointment

Sky point blame to BT as they do the lines the communication between the both lights to be stronger in such situations their joint power is weaker than the box flashing alarm at current irony as BT were amazing prior to joining Sky!

all customer services are robotic when you finally speak to a human their rude and only response is scripted

Sky leaving you without internet but will credit your sky account in such instances [Removed]

Moderator notes: Removed campaigning

@Liv836

If there is a fault outside of your property then it is Openreach (not BT as they are a rival supplier) who will be tasked to carry out the fix. Usually this should happen within 2 working days but can take longer if they need to get permission to dig up roads or paths depending on where the actual fault is.

You will qualify for compensation credit as explained here but only when the fault has been fixed:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
