I am unable to get off the parental control on WWWeb with my new Sky broadband, cant even use dating apps, how do i change this I think its stupid to sell broadband to an adult and have him/her restricted access, BARMY

You can change the settings via your broadband shield so you can do this via the MySky app or online here:

Quite possibly, but it's also the law (specifically the Digital Economy Act 2017)
