Since the issue has been "fixed" have you tried a reboot of your hub at the mains ?

Our WiFi hasn't worked since 16/11 & we keep getting told the issue has been "fixed" but when we get home it's still not working. It worked for half an hour today before not working again and the app keeps saying "connection looks good" - there's been no communication on what's being done to rectify it and I keep having to call to tell them it's not working to no fix

Unfortunately if this is an intermittent issue it's harder for Openreach to find/fix it.
