&lt;P&gt;We are customers on here and this is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":right_arrow:"&gt;➡️&lt;/span&gt; customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I believe that for additional boosters to the one you have, this is only possible after an engineer visit to confirm the requirement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won’t receive additional or quicker support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We work from home and our office is upstairs. We have a booster but only getting &amp;nbsp;300mbps which is no good as we need this to be faster for meetings can you advise or will need to cancel our broadband.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
