      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3110772"&gt;@Ross2020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Look at the sky Hub lights, if anything else is connected then it may just be that device you are trying to coonect with to the hub!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on!
