I've got fibre in my property but every time it rains my signal drops and connection is practically non existent

It is yes, it was installed approx 6 months ago but has done this since installation.

@JohnS16 Have you reported it to sky, the CBT connection is designed to be water tight, not so sure about the CSP though, got mine installed inside the home so as not to deal with that for weather conditions etc!

Would expect your ONT LOS light to turn Red for a Fibre water issue!

Unrelated but back in the 56K Dial up days, my Modem once got fried during a Thunder storm.

True story, it actually happened.
