    <description>&lt;P&gt;Following &amp;nbsp;full power cut i have no internet &amp;nbsp; 2 green leds, no internet led, and amber voice led. &amp;nbsp;ive unplugged router for a minute, rebooted and same result &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tests in "my sky" all come back "ok" despite the problem &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the line test you ran hasn't found a fault then you only step would be to call or use social media to contact Sky and report this to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
