&lt;P&gt;If there is an outage it will be for Openreach to fix and usually they aim to respond to such issues within 2 workig days so that doesn't include a Saturday or Sunday so I'm not sure what calling Sky would solve as it would not get it fixed by Openreach any quicker.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>NO BROADBAND</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no broadband for over 2days. I have checked app and says outage still I need to talk to a person. I am going round in circles. Sky customer service is nonexistent, I won't be renewing when my contract comes up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Outages also won;t be repaired over a weekend as the SLA for fault is 2 working days from being reported&lt;/P&gt;</description>
