I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the order has been cancelled the subsequent engineer appointment should be cancelled too. You need to contact Sky to confirm this is the case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If me a call 150 from your landline phone a speak with a sky Customer Service person to see what the current situation is and also the Engineer if cancelled or not!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
