      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4542079"&gt;@Vicgor&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection and while thst may or may not have picked up the lost connection it will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If tgey aren't call them to report it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
